Our bags utilize a high-efficiency 3-layer thermal system: Eco Non-woven fabric (outer), EPE insulation foam (middle), and Aluminum thermal film (inner). This combination typically maintains temperatures for 2–4 hours, depending on external conditions and the use of ice packs. We can customize the EPE foam thickness to meet your specific thermal requirements for longer durations.

2. Is the interior aluminum film food-safe and non-toxic?

Yes, absolutely. Our thermal aluminum film is non-toxic and has passed SGS and REACH tests, meeting US CA 65 standards. It is safe for direct contact with packaged food and beverages. The reflective surface is also easy to wipe clean and sanitize, ensuring a high level of hygiene for food delivery services.

4. What is the maximum load-bearing capacity of your polypropylene handles?

Our polypropylene handles are designed for heavy-duty use. For our 1,000pcs+ orders, we use reinforced “X-stitch” or “Cross-stitching” patterns to ensure the handles can safely support heavy grocery loads or liquid containers (up to 10-15kg depending on bag size). This prevents tearing during high-frequency delivery use.

The inner aluminum film is water-resistant and handles minor spills effectively.
