The outer is configurable: PP non-woven for the lowest cost, 210D-600D polyester for a premium hand-feel, or PP woven for extra tear strength. All options wrap the same EPE foam + aluminum film core, so you control budget and look without losing insulation.
The added front pocket keeps utensils, napkins, condiments or a small ice pack separate from the main compartment. Reinforced handles and cross-stitched stress points hold shape under load, and our process keeps bulk orders consistent with a 3+ year service life under normal use.
The reusable, recyclable build cuts single-use plastic and supports a greener brand story. Large print areas turn each bag into moving advertising for food delivery, meal-kits, supermarket retail, event giveaways and FBA resale.
Q: What certifications do your bags carry?
A: Our products are certified to CE, RoHS and SGS, and comply with EU REACH and California Proposition 65. Our factory is BSCI-audited. After you place an order we can also issue GRS, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Organic Cotton and CO certificates on request.
Q: Do you support DDP shipping and door-to-door delivery?
A: Yes. Besides standard FOB terms we offer DDP (delivered duty paid): we handle customs clearance and pay the import duty so goods arrive at your door. We ship by sea, air, courier (FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS), train or truck per your needs.
Q: Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses?
A: Yes. We regularly fulfill FBA shipments and can stick the FBA shipping label on the carton and a product-information label on each unit for you, which saves you a forwarding step.
Q: What is your MOQ and can I get a free sample first?
A: MOQ varies by product (typically 1,000 pcs for insulated bags and 3,000 pcs for woven totes; canvas and recycled lines are lower – see each product’s spec table). We provide free existing samples and a free mock-up so you can check quality before mass production; sample lead time is about 3-5 days after layout approval.
Q: Can you print our logo and match a specific Pantone color?
A: Yes. We support custom logo printing via silk screen, heat transfer, offset, intaglio, UV digital or embroidery depending on the artwork. We also accept custom dye colors with Pantone matching, subject to MOQ per product.
Q: What can the front pocket hold?
A: It is sized for utensils, napkins, condiments, receipts or a small ice pack – anything you want separate from the insulated main compartment.
Q: Can I switch the outer to polyester or woven?
A: Yes – non-woven, 210D-600D polyester or PP woven are all available. Tell us your priority (cost, feel, strength) and we will recommend the best fit.
Q: Is the non-woven outer recyclable?
A: Yes, the non-woven used here is recyclable. After order we can issue GRS or OEKO-TEX certificates for documented sustainability claims.
